ABOUT ME:

In 1978 I completed the London City and Guilds Catering Course, but it wasn’t until I began making cakes for my own children in the early 1990’s that I discovered a love and a flair cake decorating.  I had long enjoyed baking and was now ready to start making those cakes look as good as they tasted.
